Sales Management Assistant

Job description :

1) Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, liaising with warehouse on stocks availability, prepare Sales Orders, Picking Lists, Delivery Orders and invoices

2) Monitor customer orders

3) Liaise with customers on collections/deliveries

4) Liaise with company drivers or transporters

5) Co-ordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales personnel in relation to orders

Requirements :

1) Willing to learn

2) Team player

3) Simple and good communication skills

4) Min GCE O level

5) Computer literate

6) Can work long hours (overtime)
