What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, from opening to closing
- Guide the sales team to hit targets while delivering standout customer service
- Oversee inventory, price products accurately, and maintain enticing displays
- Train junior team members, boost their skills, and build a cohesive team
- Promptly address customer feedback with professionalism
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and inventory is up to date
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to bring more customers through the door
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in retail, customer service, or team management is an advantage
- Strong with numbers, organized, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
- Weekend and holiday availability (because you'll want to be there when sales are booming!)
