Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Commercial (Sales Hunter) to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, with a proven track record of big wins. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels at identifying and securing new business opportunities. Experience in the Consumer Vertical is preferred.

JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business growth.
  • New Business Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, with a proven track record of big wins.
  • Experience in the Consumer Vertical is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages relevant to the Asia Pacific region are a plus.

Salary shall commensurate with relevant work experience.
