Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development (80%):Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the seafreight industry.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Engage with prospects through various channels including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client Management (20%):Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs.

- Experience:Proven track record in sales within the seafreight industry.
Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
