We are seeking a new Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager of Environmental Commodities and Renewables. The successful candidate will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. We are not after an account manager or account farmer, but a hunter who has experience in putting together a deal from multiple parties and leading the deal for our customer.
This role reports to the Team Lead of Environmental Commodities and Renewables. We are investing in our Renewables business in a highly competitive marketplace, and we have a team which we want to expand and to take the business where it needs to go.

- Build relationships. Acting as first point of contact for customers. Prospect, develop, and maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities for new customers. Cold calls, personalized email to target audience list, and leverage social media to build your professional network.
- Understand our customers. Articulate and Demonstrate value proposition points to corporate customers to secure contracts.

- Stakeholder management. Leverage your domain knowledge when working with internal stakeholders to work towards solutions for customers and close deals. Locate, develop and engage with supply partners both direct asset owners, intermediaries and various stakeholders.- Locate, bid and develop sales opportunities with end customers.
Able to think out-of-the-box and provide innovative solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and foster relationships with intermediaries, business partners and industry stakeholders.
Delivery on KPIs, following our company policies, ethics and high level of integrity.- Develop new opportunities with current clients and continuous cross-selling activities
Consistent closure of new orders to meet assigned quota
- Prepare quotations, agreements and billing
Promote account growth by consistently delivering post-sales satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and looking to identify new needs and business opportunities- Make cold calls as required
Collaboration with Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to develop, and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.- Maximize AECOs revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and direct sales focusto achieving AECO revenue goals.

- Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets individually and with the rest of the sales team.

Stay abreast of evolving energy regulations and policies especially in the context of renewable energy, government incentives, tax credits and subsidies in Singapore as well as countries in the Asia Pacific region.
- Be dependable and consistent instilling SMART, RIGOROUS and TRUSTWORTHYculturesto respective team members, customers, and partners.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or other relevant degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Flair for in-person or virtual presentations; keen eye for details; customer-focused and creative problem-solving attitude.- Proactive and goal-getter attitude with ability to build lasting business partnerships.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation - Understand different roles in corporate (who are decision-makers, gatekeepers)
Able to negotiate, present, and close deals with given targets- Has a wide network of customers from respective industries.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a range of different stakeholders.
- Able to work in fast paced and in high pressured environment.
Ability to speak different languages will be a plus.
