Job Description

As Sales/ Business Development Manager specializing in Cyber Security (in particular Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SAP security/ GRC), you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategic partnerships to promote our organisation's cybersecurity solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding clients security needs, presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a good understanding of cyber security, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Please note the focus of this role is professional services (NOT software).

Hexadius provides consulting and managed services in the areas of IAM, SAP security & GRC, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). We deliver consulting, system integration as well as ongoing support & maintenance services within these cybersecurity domains to customers regardless of their size or industry, helping them to minimise their business risks with appropriate controls throughout their day to day and critical business transactions.

Typical responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Understand clients unique security challenges and objectives to propose tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our service offerings
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity landscape
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands and competitive intelligence.

The following attributes, while not mandatory, will be highly regarded:

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions
  • Strong understanding of VAPT services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA)

The nature of projects will be diverse and will vary across the categories of advisory, assurance, system integration as well as ongoing support & maintenance.
