Castella Living Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales of our high-quality home furnishings.

Key responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Conduct cold calling and schedule meetings with potential client to prmote product and close sales

2. Assist walk-in customers in the store, undertsanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

4. Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets through upselling and cross-selling

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

6. Do up sales proposals, slides and invoices

7. Ensure store is clean and display is in order
