Responsibilities
- Manage and secure customer accounts to meet business unit's sales targets. Get new clientele and potential customers to expand existing pool.
- Develop effective marketing materials to promote service and value proposition to new and existing customers.
- Provide credit review of customer, monitor all payment collections and bank guarantee (if any).
- Monitor and provide timely feedback on market and competitive environment.
- Ensure HSE compliance at all customer sites and conduct site audit, if required.
- Recommend and execute, with assistant from support units (e.g. Terminal, other value-add logistic requirements of key customer.
- Preparation of quotation, tender supporting documents and tender negotiation.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.
- Background in oil and gas industry (e.g. diesel, lubricant) will be an added advantage.
- Able to interact with people of all levels
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies and has knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
