Role Description

You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of the offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed time frame.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Mid-Level:3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry the company operates in.
  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
