Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our team of Curtains Consultants. This role is essential in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing our brand's presence in the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Training: Hire and train a team of Curtains Consultants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field.
- Sales Management: Oversee on-site sales activities, guiding the team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
