Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. This role involves overseeing the sales process, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will work closely with the management team to align sales strategies with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and forming strategic partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Track sales performance, provide regular reports on sales progress, and suggest improvements to meet targets.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, operations) to develop promotional activities and align sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and growing the business.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and related technical products/services is a plus.
