Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in DC Power solutions for the Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro engineering, coupled with a proven track record in sales within the telecommunications sector. The area of responsibility will be Singapore and neighbouring countries.

Business Development:
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Telecom sector for DC power solutions.
. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.

Product Knowledge:
. Possess in-depth knowledge of DC power systems and their applications in the Telecom industry.
. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis:
. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
. Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the DC power industry and Telecom sector.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
