Your New Role
As a Sales Manager for Defence, you will report to the Head of Sales. Your primary responsibility will be to contact assigned or agreed customer accounts or prospects to sell Survitec products within your designated geography or market sector. You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. You will leverage your solid knowledge of Survitec products and services and use your excellent interpersonal skills and sales experience to drive customer commitment and revenue growth at the right margin.
What You Can Expect From The Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers in your customer portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, gather customer information, and address their needs.
- Network within the business sector, represent Survitec at events, and gather market intelligence.
- Configure product solutions, present them to customers, and negotiate agreements.
- Enter and utilize customer information in the CRM system for effective sales activities and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of Survitec policies and relevant regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Foster an inclusive and value-driven team environment.
- Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
