Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain sector.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of sales and supply chain operations.

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.

. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications:

. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry.

. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
