Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Branch Manager
- To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
- To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
- To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
- To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
- To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
- To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
- To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
- To assist in making cold-calls to customer
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
- Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
- Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
- Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
- Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
