Achieve annual sales growth targets by designing and implementing strong growth plans.
Lead actively in the development of key accounts and major projects to secure wins together with team members. Expand Singapore market share within targeted market segments, identifying new product applications, adding new customers and winning over competitive accounts.
Lead in continuous improvement of internal sales processes to raise productivity of the sales team with CRM and partnerships with customer service & operations teams to provide a high level of customer service to our accounts.
Requirement
A minimum of 5 years experience in sales/business development and familiar with cooling systems/HVAC for data centers.
Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
Able to work both independently as well as is a team player.
