- Develop and grow our regional HMO business in APAC region outside China
- Build strong long term customer relationships
- Positioning our leading HMO solutions and innovation by leveraging our cross functional team's knowledge and insights
- Drive commercial price negotiations, supply agreements and collaborations
- Delivering on sales execution: account plans, forecast & budget, PO management, with close coordination with operations, quality and customer service
- Have a Master's degree in science, engineering or economics
- Have a strong commercial track-record in driving sales growth and business development
- Have experience from ingredients in human health industry
- Have strong analytical skills with a superior negotiation and communication skills
- Be able to translate highly complex technical products into the language of regular consumers
- Be able to build trust and customer relations
- Be able to travel to connect with global team and regional customers
