Sales Manager (HVAC / Rotating Equipment)

Our client is a MNC with global presence specializing in industrial machinery. The ideal profile should possess relevant sales experience in industrial machinery (rotating equipment / HVAC). Independent and driven to develop, implement and execute strategies and tactics in the target segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Responsible for developing the appointed market segment
• Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities and industries by building and maintaining close relationships with customers
• Identify key customer target and their potential.
• Establish company products in the market based on innovation, value to customers service and quality.
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote sales of products.
• Build strong long-term working relationships.
• Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
• Sales experience with industrial products - rotating equipment / HVAC.
• Customer-centric with ability to drive for solutions.
