1. Role Description:

This position reports directly to the director. ICE THERAPY PTE. 2. Specific Responsibilities:

. Understand the specific conditions and wellness goals (e.g., relaxation) that these services address to provide accurate information to clients.

. Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.

. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing repeat business.

. Manage administrative tasks like processing payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring proper documentation of spa transactions.

. Articulate the benefits of spa services and packages clearly and persuasively to different client demographics via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

. Handle peak periods, managing customer flow and schedules.

3. Competencies

. Stay updated on spa treatments

. Upselling and selling membership options

. Customer relationship management

. Organize and maintain up-to-date records on client usage

. Handling client inquiries professionally

. Manage bookings and inquiries simultaneously
