Key Responsibilities:
. Contribute to the elaboration of the relevant and harmonized marketing strategy for your specific franchises and the region
. Communicate guidelines on launch potentials
. Implement the marketing plans and strategies
. Relay and explain the corporate vision, regional objectives, and strategies to local teams
. Initiate, build and communicate omnichannel activation plans for your franchises in collaboration with the regional team
. Interact and support markets in the implementation of the strategy: review market strategies, 360 launch activations, forecasts, merchandising items, and samples for novelties as well as for basic catalog support
. Follow up on the implementation of the strategies for your franchises
. Build strong partnerships with local teams to collect needs and requests and assess their relevance.
. Recommend adapted action plans when necessary
. Do a thorough and regular analysis of the Fragrance category to build strategic recommendations
