3. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance to exceed sales objectives.
4. Utilize advanced analytics to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring our Kuih products maintain a competitive edge.
5. Innovate product positioning strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments, driving market expansion and penetration.
6. Implement effective pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitive positioning in the culinary marketplace.
7. Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with product development and promotional activities.
