Manage, guide and coach team of account executives to ensure team is achieving their monthly sales quota.
Overall responsibility of team management (hiring, mentoring and training of new members, performance management, career progression).
Lead and drive the team for new business acquisition as well as account management.
Explore and identify opportunities for Kariera Group products across APAC region grow revenue outside Singapore as well.
Ensure proper record keeping and tracking within CRM.
Ensure proper account servicing standards are provided for existing clients.
Ensure consolidation of client feedback and participate in product strategy.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidates with prior experience in media, online or recruitment related sales will be an advantage.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team of 4 to 6 members.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, ability to think out of the box.
Proven track record in meeting team quotas or sales targets.
