As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Senior Business Development / Account Manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we continue to develop our operations across APAC and UAE regions.

Requirements;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience (8+ years) in sales/business development roles within the advertising/marketing industry, specifically in securing clients for advertising or marketing agencies.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Deep understanding of the advertising, marketing industry, including key players, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Willing and capable of managing client relationships.
Develop compelling proposals and pitch materials - project managing pitch teams, content development for proposals, case study development, to presenting the credentials.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region as required.
Comfortable to lead customer engagements and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Results-driven and able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking positive team player, adept at engaging and leveraging internal resources to achieve success & contributing to the wider team environment
Perform contractual negotiations with brands from the intro phase until signature.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; a self-starter who functions without a large infrastructure around them, with a sense of urgency
Strong communicator with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management or clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
High tolerance and appreciation towards ambiguity and change.
  • Lead complex negotiations, contract discussions, and closing of high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

You'll work with our Agency Lead to secure new clients and manage and nurture client accounts and relationships. You will play a pivotal role in seizing new business opportunities through a more creative approach.

  • 00 - $8,000.00 per month
