Sales Manager - Makeup and Skincare

• Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for training and motivating our sales staff, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

• Key Responsibilities:

Train, develop, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.

Monitor sales performance and generate reports for upper management.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.

• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure store standards are maintained.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly motivated and sales-driven.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying schedules.
