My client, a prominent media company in the process of establishing a new office in Singapore, is building a high-performing regional Sales team to cater to the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. They are actively seeking a dynamic Media Sales Leader to join as a single contributor, reporting directly to the APAC COO based in Hong Kong. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving sales efforts across all media platforms, including magazine, digital, and event sales, to significantly expand my client's presence and reach within the region.

They will leverage this expertise to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that meet ambitious revenue targets and foster enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and revenue growth across SEA, focusing on media sales across print, digital, and event platforms.
• Collaborate with sales teams regionally to align strategies, share insights, and optimize regional sales performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients, providing consultative sales support to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop strategic sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with the company's goals and exceed client expectations.
• Provide input on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support product development and marketing strategies.
