About the Team | Manager
You will be part of a dynamic and growing sales team dedicated to expanding the company's presence in Singapore. This role reports directly to the Global Director and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the company in the region. You will be responsible for managing the sales operations in Singapore and ensuring alignment with the broader regional objectives.

About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy in Singapore, focusing on priority product lines and market expansion. Key duties include managing the direct sales, overseeing 3rd party logistics, inventory, and order placement to meet local demand. You will also handle product registration, follow up on hospital payments, and conduct clinical workshops. Your role will involve close collaboration with distributors and customers, and you will work to establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and leading hospitals. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system, regulations, and market trends.
  • Experience in managing product registration, inventory, and order forecasts.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with global and regional goals.
  • Previous experience in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
