Reporting to Director of Sales, the candidate shall be responsible to:-
- Manage portfolio of accounts in the assigned corporate segments with the objective of generating the budgeted occupancy and average room rate for the hotel
- Develop new accounts while maintaining the current accounts
- Assist in achieving revenue goals, guest satisfaction and overseeing the financial performance of the department
- Assist in building and maintaining contact with all clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Identify major prospects and formulate action plans & sales strategy aimed at servicing and converting potentials to clients
- Continuously seek opportunities for business & acquisitions within the portfolio
- Monitor market trends, paying attention to yield management
- Perform all other assigned tasks as set by your supervisors / managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management / Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Proven track record and good network of clientele
- Result-driven individual with excellent PR, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with an innovative approach in providing solutions
- Pro-active team player
