Position Title: Car Sales Business Manager / Sales Manager (Motor Vehicle)
- Working Location: Central - Novena
Working Hours: 5 days (
- 30 am 6.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $5000 + Commission
Duration: Permanent Role
Lead and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.- Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide targets.
Evaluate and enhance salesmen's performance through regular feedback and support.
- Facilitate training and development to boost sales skills.
Efficiently manage and convert sales leads to achieve targets.- Support the team in deal negotiations and closures.
Maintain sales department budget to meet financial goals.
- Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.- Execute additional duties as required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.- Demonstrated leadership with strong team management capabilities.
Proven sales record in the automotive industry, exceptional negotiation and deal closure skills.
- Analytical aptitude for market trends, sales data, and financials.
Valid Singapore driving license for vehicle handling.
