ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for performing assigned sales-related activities and partnering with external stakeholders to improve the health of cancer patients. You will partner closely with Health Care Practitioners to prescribe the company's products.
SCOPE:
- Engage customers to execute customized solutions that benefits patients, healthcare providers and company.
- Develop and execute sales plans tailored to customer needs to achieve business and sales objectives. Collaborate across functions to build localized engagement strategies.
- Establish strong working relationships with key physicians and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory through deep understanding of customer needs.
- Leverage data and analytics to prioritize customer engagements based on their preferences, focus areas, and behaviours.
- Collaborates with external stakeholders and decision-makers to align commercial and access strategies, ensuring short- to mid-term business objectives are met while maximizing patient access.
- Implement sales plans in alignment with marketing strategies to deliver consistent, impactful engagement aligned with organizational goals.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Maintain clear communication with Sales and Marketing management team.
- Being compliant with drug laws and regulations when representing company's products.
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:
- Education Degree in Pharmaceutical / Lifesciences
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Oncology
- Relationship with KOLs in the preferred field.
