Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead & Motivate Team: Guide the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Work with the GM to develop sales strategies and launch effective campaigns to enhance market reach.
  • Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, including clinic groups, private hospitals, and retail pharmacies.
  • Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and form partnerships to strengthen market positioning.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities and take initiative on special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success: Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Experienced in managing and inspiring a sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with strong market insight.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective client and team interactions.
