Job Description: Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
. Manage all aspects of sales activities with existing and new customers
for Park Systems in Southeast Asia and Oceana region
. Manage channel partners in Southeast Asia to accelerate business
growth
. Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers by utilizing
your product knowledge and deliver value proposition to customers
. Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales and marketing
plan to strive for higher market coverage and lead generation
. Ability to develop growth strategy to meet the growth target
. Work closely with application team to provide product presentation
and sample demonstration
. Willing to travel and work long hours including weekends when
needed
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Physics or
Chemistry
. At least 2 years of working experience in scientific equipment sales.
Strong understanding of Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and ability to
operate AFM is an added advantage
. Experience in working with channel partners to expend the business
in Southeast Asia
. Pleasant personality with self-motivation, confidence, ability to work
independently and strong customer service oriented skills
. Excellent communication skills, possessed strong leadership skills
with ability to lead
