The Sales Manager keeps well-informed about the operations of the property and market trends, as well as the competition hunts for new sales leads and promotes the property as often as possible through networking, cold calling, site inspections, presentations etc., to build the client/member base. He/She establishes excellent client/member relationships and builds rapport for client/member retention, and coordinates sales activities with the rest of the sales team.

Sales Manager reports to the Director regularly to update on sales progress and implements activities to achieve the targets set by the department and optimal profits for the organization. He/She also produces reports for tracking and analysis. While meeting the sales targets, he/she has to uphold the high organizational values and ensure business ethics and integrity.

  • Promote yoga membership / Personal Training (PT)
  • Maintain existing customer base
  • Identify and Source for new marketing and business opportunities
  • Develop and grow new account
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Promptly manage all sales enquiries and sales leads through setting appointments, providing relevant information to members and conducting tours as required.
  • Setting up meeting with potential clients
  • Planning and executing sales action plans to engage prospects and follow up on prospects
  • Responsible for individual and team targets, lead team to work towards approved daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of products and services
  • Account management. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Providing necessary coaching to sales consultants on studio operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in social media marketing
  • Able to travel
  • must be flexible in working hours
  • experience / certificate in fitness / yoga industry will be preferred
