About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Das WeltAuto team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing the resale value of our used cars, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will supervise and train the sales team, manage marketing and CRM activities, and identify new business opportunities.

About you

• Degree or Diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
• Sales and result-driven, responsible, performance-oriented, and adept at problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Proficient in analysis, reporting, and presentation
• Valid driving license
