Responsibilities
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and challenges in the manufacturing of parts precision metal, silicon rubber, plastic injection/molding, CNC, etc.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Foster and build good customer relationships and networking for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Understand and identify customer's product needs.
- Set sales budgets, pricing strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and attend customer meetings with timely commitment.
- Develop long-term customer satisfaction in managing and meeting their requirements.
- Local and overseas travels during course of work required.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Precision Engineering.
- Possess 5-6 years of relevant sales experience in the plastics, rubber and metal substrate components/parts.
- Wide range of networking to targeted customers / industries.
- Energetic, self-driven, independent, resourceful, and possess strong client relationship and leadership skills.
- Able to build and maintain good customer relationships management at all levels.
- Responsive, has strong commitment and is result-oriented.
- Good communication skills and good decision maker.
