Sales Manager ( Waste Management Industry/PERM)

Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent value selling, communication and negotiation skills. Sales Manager is the main contact with the customer and is expected to meet the following expectations:

• Lead, establish, develop, engage, and improve relationships with existing and prospective customers through building long term, sustainable relationships with open and interactive communication.
• Be the link between who involved in all aspects of customer management and customer service.
• Lead, gather and consolidate market information on the toxic industrial waste market in Singapore
• Expected to uphold the Always Safe rules and set an example to all colleagues in daily work routine.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of business development / sales & marketing experience.
• Experience in chemical / oil and gas industries is a plus.
• Knowledge in environmental services / waste management is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth.
• Excellent value selling and negotiation skills.
• Hunter, energetic, initiative, keen eye for details.
