Position Title: Sales Manager
Working Days & Hours : Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm, Alternate Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm
Working Location: Chin Bee Ave
Salary: SGD 3,500 - 5,000
Responsibilities:
- Understand industry market landscapes and trends, stay updated on market trends and the competitive environment, providing actionable insights to adapt to the changing landscape.
- Initiates new product ideas based on industry trends and insights.
- Set sales targets, performance metrics for the sales team, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monthly report on team sales performance to senior management to evaluate sales activities and strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experienced in the Food Service Industries (B2B)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrable experience as sales manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Proven ability to be self-motivated and team player/leader
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, experience in data analysis
- Good analytical and communication skills to communicate effectively to the team
