• Process customer orders and maintain up-to-date data in customer portals for efficient order management.
• Support marketing activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
• Track and resolve customer complaints, collaborating with relevant departments for quick solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
