Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer (ID6004)
Location: Yishun
Working Hours: Mon to Fri( 8:30am -5:30pm) Sat (8:30am -12:30pm)
Salary: S$3,200 to S$4,500
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market segments.
-Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
-Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
-Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
-Leverage online marketing platforms (such as social media, email campaigns, and webinars) to reach potential clients.
-Participate in trade shows, conferences, industry events to qualify and generate business leads.
-Develop compelling product presentations and collateral.
-Leads generation role.
3. Technical Expertise:
-Familiarity with cleanroom environments and their impact on product specifications.
-Knowledge of mechatronics or bioprocess equipment is advantageous.
-Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
4. Relationship Building:
-Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
-Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
-Conduct regular client visits and maintain open communication channels.
5. Communication and Cold Calling:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients.
-Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs deeply.
Qualifications:
. Technical certificate/diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical engineering or a related field, or A Level.
. Prior experience in technical sales or marketing preferred but not mandatory.
. Familiarity with online marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
. Possess Class 2 or 3 Licence
. Fresh graduates are welcome.
