Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers.
- Build customer relationships, support customers project requirements and enquiries.
- Source new projects and markets to achieve sales targets set by our Company.
- Coordinate with internal and customers in scope of work and project executions, responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers.
- Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers.
- Maintain Company website, marketing materials and organize marketing initiatives
- Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
- Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma in marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess class 3 license
- Understand architectural and structural drawings, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
