Expressions seeks a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and execute effective marketing strategies for our beauty salon business.
- Sales Strategy & Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships, to expand the customer base.
Lead initiatives in lead generation, focusing on digital marketing and online sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Manage and respond to online enquiries to support customer acquisition and maintain a strong digital presence.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline)- Create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness.
Communicate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
- Manage and optimize the companys website, including content updates and lead generation.
Organize promotional events, product launches, and workshops to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Work closely with the HR Operation & Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Collaborate with the beauty consultants to ensure consistent brand messaging and high service standards.
Collaborate with the HR team, beauty consultants, and beauticians to coordinate marketing activities and strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance.
- Reporting & Budget Management:
Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and ROI.- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize returns on investment.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferabbly with retail marketing experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.- Preferred knowledge in using CapCut and/or Canva for content creation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
