SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
. Identify potential customers, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers.
. Build customer relationships, support customers project requirements and enquiries.
. Source new projects and markets to achieve sales targets set by our Company.
. Coordinate with internal and customers in scope of work and project executions, responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers.
. Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers.
. Maintain Company website, marketing materials and organize marketing initiatives
. Identify new market trends, business opportunities and generate monthly reports
. Maintain records for annual accounting and ISO audits
