The Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with the product team to identify market trends and new product innovation ideas
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and contractors
- Training and assisting the sales team on various lighting products and solutions
- Developing sales strategies and working with leadership to set sales goals and budgets
- Ensuring prompt customer response and developing effective new product launch strategies
- Managing implementation of lighting systems and solutions
The Required Qualifications Include
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, design, lighting, or related studies)
- Minimum 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the lighting industry
- Strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to work independently
- LED experience or strong relationships in lighting design are highly desired
- Established relationships with architects and designers are an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Lighting Certification is required
- Enthusiasm and understanding of building strong relationships
