Our client, a leader in the collectibles industry, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to drive the growth of their retail presence. This role is focused on building and nurturing relationships with retail partners, ensuring that products are effectively displayed and well-positioned in stores, and conducting regular site visits. This position operates remotely with fieldwork as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new retail partners within assigned regions, conducting regular visits to evaluate store setups and optimize product displays.
- Develop and execute retail inspection plans, generate reports on display quality, and collaborate with distributors to uphold presentation standards.
- Manage regional sales support activities, ensuring all merchandising projects are executed successfully.
- Maintain ongoing communication with store managers and dealers to strengthen partnerships and refine display strategies.
- Assist in expanding the retail network by engaging potential regional partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally with a background in merchandising or retail distribution of FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct field visits and provide on-site sales support.
- Personal vehicle preferred for travel purposes.
