Sales Operation/Admin Executive

Reporting to th company Director, this positions resonsible following key task:

1, To assist the Director on managing the daily warehouse operation, inclduing both internal staff delployment and follow up with suppliers and customers.

2, To follow up on customers portal process incld downloade PO, process ordrs, arrange delivery and submission of e-invoice etc.

3, To place orders with local suppliers and maintain optimal stocks level to min the risk of OOS (out of stocks) situation.

4, Follow up on e-commerce portal order process amd fulfillment

5, To suppot general admin support to the entire operation flow incld support staff based at dfferent location beyond Singapore.
