Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between sales, customers, and internal teams.
- Manage and resolve all inbound escalations from the sales team via email or phone.
- Provide clear, effective communication of resolutions directly to end customers.
- Assist the sales team with quote and order resolutions.
- Collaborate with customer service and accounting teams to resolve invoicing issues.
- Stay proactive by gathering key market updates (competitor behavior, product issues, customer changes, etc.) and report findings in monthly sales meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of ITQ/Tender documents with proper documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Scientific field, or other relevant fields.
- Experience or knowledge in using SalesForce, GeBiz, Ariba, or Sesami platforms
