Position Title: Sales & Operation Branch Manager
- Working Location: Based in Thailand (Bangkok)
Working Hours:
- 5 days / 6 days Flexible
- Salary Package: Up toSGD 5000 + Incentive + Transport & Accommodation provided + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control- Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms
Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams- Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements
Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies
Min. ITE
- Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operations Management, preferably in the Construction
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth- Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale projects
Understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Being able to speak Thai will be a plus
