Sales & Operation Executive

Moss & Lupine Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development professional to join our team. In this full-time role, who can contribute positively to promote our brand and to generate sales via our e-commerce site. Directly responsible for selling jewelry products to customers, typically working on the sales floor or with clients. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting products, and closing sales.
2. Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about jewelry, such as materials, gemstones, and design.
3. Sales Targets: Actively working to meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
4. Customer Service: Handling inquiries, processing transactions, and offering after-sales support.
5. Promotions and Marketing: Assisting in-store promotions, events, and merchandising efforts.
6. Inventory: The main person to in charge of the inventory.
7. Order & Packing & Shipment: In charge of packing arrange delivery to customer.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the local market and industry trends
• Relevant degree or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
