Job Description

Our client is looking at candidate who are hands on in data key in, strong in pivot table and V-loop up/ data analysis (sales, budget, A&P expenses etc) and ability to coordinate with various internal stakeholders, especially R&D/Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of orders.

  • Led and mentored the e-commerce team to ensure efficient daily operations, fostering collaboration and driving productivity across departments.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of website operations including order fulfilment, customer service, and delivery logistics, to maintain the highest service standards.
  • Ensured seamless integration between the retail store operations and online channels, maintaining
  • consistency in inventory management and customer experience.
  • Maintained and optimized e-commerce platforms ensuring accurate product information, promotions and engaging content to enhance customer engagement and drive conversations.
  • Developed detailed product pages, incorporating high-quality images and comprehensive descriptions to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborated closely with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy in product details, pricing, and promotional materials on digital channel.
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage product allocation ensuring balanced inventory levels for both online and retail channel.
  • Coordinated and communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment and prevent stock outs.
  • Managed customer interactions related to product inquiries, delivery status, and order issues, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional customer service.
  • Provided proof of delivery and order confirmation to the Accounting team for efficient resolution of disputed orders, supporting smooth financial reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee the upkeep, presentation, and inventory levels of the showroom to ensure it is fully stocked and inviting for customers.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup) is a must
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication & listening skills
  • Able to liaise and communicate with all level of people.

5 days work week

Woodland. (Co. tpt pick up at designated MRT station)
