Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement
Ma provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
This position report directly to the operations manager or service Delivery lead
This position will work closely with all Team Members and relevant Business units
Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events.
Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers orders.
Continually meet targets, KPI's and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelors Degree or above in business or related field
At least 5 years of work experience in sales / sales operations
Open to undergrad with relevant work experience
SAP knowledge, supply chain experience / background is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
