About the role:
The Sales Operations Analyst is a strategic position responsible for supporting the sales team and leadership in achieving revenue targets, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing overall performance. The role will require a blend of business acumen, data analysis skills, and technical development to drive effectiveness across our field teams.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and refine sales strategies, goals and objectives
Conduct market analysis to develop sound territory segmentation practices for our sales team
Manage and streamline the end-to-end process of compensation plan design and delivery for the field
Sales Process Optimization
Support technical development and enablement of key tools across the technology stack
Identify bottleneck and inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and develop solution for improvement
Sales Analytics and Reporting
Develop and maintain key business intelligence reports for our leadership and field teams
Identify trends and patterns to deliver insights for more informed decision making
Forecasting and Budgeting
Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance department to establish and track key metrics and targets
Refine and optimize forecasting efforts by recommending corrective actions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Product Management to align with overall company objectives
Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Min. 5 years experience working in sales, finance, revenue or business operations.
SaaS experience strongly preferred Expertise in Business Intelligence tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics & PowerBI preferred).
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies.
Proven proficiency in identifying, prioritizing and resolving complex problems.
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations.
Ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.

Completion of all Project Goals set each half-year.
Meet project and task deadlines, effectively communicating progress to all parties as needed.
Contribute toward key company metrics of Forecast Variances +/-5%, Pipeline Conversion rates at 25+, reducing sales cycles length across all segments, Increasing GRR to 90+%
